This portal is NOT an official DDA (Delhi Development Authority) website. It is a community-driven platform managed by allottees of Officers Square under the Karmayogi Awaas Yojana. All information provided here is for community coordination purposes and should not be treated as official DDA communication.

• Email address
• Allotment letter (for verification)
• Masked ID proof (Aadhaar / PAN / Voter ID -- only for one-time identity verification)

• Verification of allotment: To confirm that community members are genuine allottees of Officers Square.
• Community coordination: To facilitate communication among verified allottees for site visits, updates, and collective representations.
• DDA representation: To organize and submit representations to DDA on behalf of the community with accurate allottee counts.

• ID proofs are permanently deleted 30 days after verification approval. They are stored only for the duration needed to complete the verification process.
• Allotment letters are retained for dispute resolution purposes and can be deleted upon request after verification.
• Basic profile information (name, phone, email) is retained as long as your account is active on the portal.

• Request deletion: You can request complete deletion of your data at any time by contacting the admin team.
• Opt-out of directory: You can choose not to appear in the community member directory while still being a verified member.
• Data export: You can request a copy of all data we hold about you by writing to us.
• Correction: You can request correction of any inaccurate personal data we hold about you.
